A team of Special Forces are trapped deep inside our planet, with no idea of how to reach the surface again. Part of a larger team intent on saving the world from a second and even larger Big One, they have been separated from each other and are attempting to find one another and complete their mission.
This story focuses on the growing madness of being isolated for so long and the strength of friendship, even with another creature totally unlike ourselves, bringing hope of salvation.
